Hi there!

I am a wellness professional, college professor, and tech entrepreneur who travels quite a bit. If you are a responsible, socially capable, drama-free, clean individual, AND with clean rental and credit record, do consider this opportunity.

I have 2 rooms (shared bathroom between them) open for rent. You can either rent both rooms (at a discount) - if you have a friend or kids -, or one of the single rooms. Washer/dryer included. There is a community pool you can access, a children recreation area, and quiet trails for walking/biking. There is a lovely puppy living with me who is very friendly/safe and extremely well trained. I am a laid back person with my own life, open to friendship but also respect your privacy.
