Room will be ready for move-in on October 1, 2020. Asking $950/month, all bills included. Access to living room and kitchen on 2nd floor and washer/dryer on first floor. Monthly cleaning service included! Must be willing to meet in person for an interview and be able to pass a background and credit check. Available to start showing. As I also live in the house, I am looking for someone that would be a great tenant and also a compatible roommate. Generally speaking, an ideal roommate would be:
- Female
- Between the ages of 24 ? 40
- Working professional or student
- Good credit and work history
- Clean/respectful of shared living space
- Non-smoker/no drug use
- Clean criminal background check
- No pets, but ok with the dog that lives here ? I do have a dog (40 lb border collie mix, very sweet), so you will need to love dogs or at least be willing to coexist with one.
