Hello! My name is Joe, and I own a home in the East End of Houston! I'm looking for someone to rent a room in my house through the spring semester of 2022, through the end of May. I live just across the highway from UH (about 5 minutes), about 10-20 minutes from UH-Downtown, and 15-30 minutes (depending on traffic) from Rice. There's also a couple of really great coffee shops and taco joints in the area. I'm pretty quiet and clean, I take COVID safety very seriously, and I'm involved in my local community.
The house is a 2018 built 3 Bed 2 Bath with a full kitchen, front and back porch, and a big open concept living/dining room, and you would have a private room, as well as a bathroom shared with one other renter. (Couples considered, rent would be 900).
