The house includes a common kitchen/living/dining space on the 2nd floor, a gym area on the 4th floor, and a rooftop patio (awesome view of downtown Houston!). The neighborhood includes many new bars and restaurants, and is within walking distance to the Astros, Rockets, and Dynamo stadiums.
The house has a laid back atmosphere and is kept in relatively neat condition (professional cleaners come once a month).
