The house is beautifully maintained and incredibly clean as it's a shoe-less household with no pets and smoking is not allowed. The room is unfurnished. The common area is furnished with a couch, coffee table, book shelf, dinning table and chairs. Because the living room is so large, there will be plenty of room for your own furtiture if you wish.
