Roommates Needed

The house is a duplex and it?s a 3-5 min drive to Rowan University. It?s close to the bars and the shopping centers. The house has off street parking and a big backyard. There is no living room and upon stepping into the house you will see the kitchen on the right. There is a bedroom downstairs with a private bathroom and 2 rooms upstairs with a shared bathroom. There is a big basement with a washer and dryer. The first floor room is smaller than the other two and rent for it is $300. The other room up for offer is about the same size as the other upstair room and rent for it is $350. Room do not include utilities but utilities don?t really cost that much either. Rent is due on the first of the month and I would have to write a check for it and mail it. The previous roommates and I would send money through Venmo to pay bills as they are due. All I expect is cleanliness. I prefer the kitchen and downstairs bathroom to be clean as those are the two most guest. A little mess is fine. I don?t expect people to be neat freak, just a little bit of cleaning now and then. I just don?t want the house to look disgusting. Looking for roommates around my age so between 18-26
