For your convenience there is a mini-fridge and two spacious closets. Also, your private bathroom also has a private bath: featuring an extra-large shower with 3 shower heads. A reserved parking spot in driveway come with the room. Optional digital lock on bedroom door is available.

The Home & Amenities:
The entire home is elegantly furnished and curated for comfort. In the shared spaces you will access to a cozy rec room with reclining sofas/Smart TV, a formal living room, and a formal dining area that provides a quiet atmosphere.  Also included is a washer & dryer.

The atmosphere is relaxed, respectful, and friendly. You would be sharing the upper level with only two other quiet roommates.

The Environment: Roommates value a quiet, clean-living environment and consideration for each other’s privacy.

There are currently two professional and respectful male roommates residing on the secluded downstairs level.
