Huge Furnished Room In A Gated Community

Long term rental. 5 months MINIMUM.

All utilities would be $50 per month extra. 1/5th of the actual bill.
Bedroom is big, has 2 huge closets, 2 huge windows and a full private bathroom with a BIG Mirror in it.
Comes furnished with a queen bed (new memory foam mattress). Also with an office desk if needed.
The house also has a Patio, backyard and a small Balcony.
It's in a gated community, and hence really secure.
The house has 3 rooms and am only renting out one. I'll be staying in the other one. The 3rd room is gaming room.
I am a fun, down to earth, clean and chill person. I respect other people's privacy. If you're cool enough, we can play PS4 together sometime ;-) JK, nerds are welcome too.
Application fee is $200, but I can share that half with you.
Serious inquiries only. I'd set the meet with someone for a coffee or at a park before I do personal showing or rent them. Open to video touring as well.
