My name is Elizabeth (she/they, 25) and my husband is Rogelio (he/him, 23). We have been together for 4 years, are huge nerds and enjoy good company. We have two pets, a Chihuahua mutt (Oreo McBoreo) and a Siamese cat (Mishka / Bones) who are older, but love dearly! We also have two roommates currently, John (he/they, 22) and Cam (they/them, 19).

We are looking for a roommate in our 4 bedroom, 2 story house in Lawrenceville / Dacula area. What’s offered with the bedroom pricing includes:

-Private bedroom with closet space, windows, carpet and outlets

-Shared (w/ roommates only) full bathroom upstairs and a shared (w/ guests) half bathroom downstairs

-Shared main floor (kitchen - all appliances, dishwasher, eating / cooking dishes available for use, living room / entrance, dining room - w/ coffee & tea bar, family room - tv w/ streaming box for Netflix & Hulu w/ guest profile, laundry room w/ units on top floor, “private”, fenced in backyard - we have neighbors, but not nosy ones)

-All utilities covered (water, gas, electric, sewer, trash / recycling, pest, wifi - my husband and I are huge gamers so we have a very nice, fast and strong router w/ ethernet ports available as well, so internet speeds are good!)

-Driveway parking available for discussion (job hours, etc.) and possible garage space storage

We don’t have many rules other than:

-No smoking in the house, backyard is fine (cannabis allowed as well)
-Clean up after yourself (dishes, cooking, guests over etc.)
-Give roommates a heads-up when you are gonna have people over
-Some pets are alright, we can discuss!
-No racism, homophobia, sexism, transphobia… Don’t be an ass, basically.
