Charming quiet house recently renovated inside and well maintained. House has two floors plus large basement.

First floor: Formal living room, dining room, rear living room opening up to kitchen with island counter and breakfast area. Large bedroom and full bathroom; (this is room available). I have furniture in most of rooms. Although no dinning room stuff yet though. There is also an enclosed sunroom connected to formal living room overlooking a nature preserve and a nice pond with a fountain. Have some art stuff in there right now but can rearrange and can be used as spare space.

Second floor: Brightly lit living area with skylights, my room and bathroom and third bedroom. My office is connected to third bedroom but happy to relocate office temporarily if you have friends or family that want to come visit and need a place to stay.

Basement: Laundry area with utility sink and washer and dryer. I also have full gym set up: rack, barbells, leg extension machine, hip thruster, dumbbells, bands, basically a lot of stuff. You are welcome to use. Basement also has a ton of extra space if you need any storage.

1 covered car porch. Off-street parking for 2 additional cars.

The house has a beautiful front yard overlooking 35 acres of forest and two creeks and big fenced-in backyard perfect for dogs. The nature preserve is also an unofficial off leash dog park.

Pet supplement: $300 NR deposit per year; $200 per additional pet.

Lease can be for a few months to 6 months or even 12 months. Tenant shared all utilities: electricity, gas, water, TV/Internet, lawn care, pest control. Usually around for $400 for everything so around $200 each. Owner pays for semiannual garden cleanups, irrigation system maintenance and pond cleaning.
