LOOKING FOR: A person to sub lease

· COST: 1,764 but is split with other person since this is in a two bedroom apartment, water is included
· NEIGHBORHOOD: Dunwoody, really close to interstate which is very helpful for commuting and about 15 minutes from downtown Dunwoody!
· PETS: My current roommate has a cat named Domino but he’s friendly and stays in the room when my roommate is here.
· WHEN: Before Mid-December
· DESCRIPTION: I just got into graduate school and I need to move soon since the school starts in January. I am looking for someone to take over my room which is spacious and has its own bathroom and near the kitchen for any snacking you may do! I will pay for it through December since rent is due at the beginning of the month but would like to be out by mid December but can be out earlier. Person would need to be ok with the one cat.
· A LITTLE ABOUT ME/the place: The room is great and we have a washer and dryer in the apartment that are staying so no need to go down to the laundry area but this apartment complex does have that. The apartment complex is gated and I have always felt safe here! The package system isn’t too great but you can always request to the delivery driver that they bring it to your door and a lot of Amazon drivers do that anyway. Neighbors are friendly and no bug problems! The apartment complex people are great and they really help you with the sublease as this is what I did to get in and they host a lot of events. Plus there is a pool and small gym! Please message me if interested!
