Very well located, its a hidden condominium complex, couple minutes from Truist Park, access to 285 and 75 within minutes. Very quiet, Neighbors are great, 2 pools, 2 tennis courts, Basketball courts. I am quiet, I normally spend the day at work, then Gym or other meetings in the afternoon. I do Like it cold at night. The room is small and we will share a bathroom. Room are next to each other. Just require no loud noise after 11 PM. Pet peeves, do not slam doors closed, twist the knob before closing it quietly :). Other than that I normally watch movies or play xbox in the afternoon when I am home. I will be respectful of your are and not have the volume low to not disturb. I do not smoke or drink. You are fine if you would like to drink I don't have a problem with it as long as it is moderate drinking.
