Description. This is an open concept ranch home. There are hardwoods in all bedrooms and kitchen. The den is large and opens onto a large deck and back yard. The back also includes a stone patio and swingsswing setscreen gazebo. All the bedrooms are on the same hallway with a hall bath and large laundry room (includes large sink and built in cabinets, and desk). The den has an entry from the garage with a large storage nook for shoes, bags, and coats. The den has a small room with glass doors that functions as a music room or home office. The kitchen is very large, with open shelves, pantry, and secondary sink. There is a season sunroom off the kitchen, it is not climate controlled.

Disclosure: The basement apartment is occupied. There is a connecting door with a lock. There is also a resident in the guest house. This is a acre property, and parking is separate for the basement and the guests house. There are barns on the property. They are set away from the main house and not included in this rental. The home is in great condition, however the fridge does not have watericemaker. Rental includes washer and dryer.

Maintenance: Homeowner will handle all maintenance needs. We have a few existing issues that are disclosed above. There are some seasonal things that rental will be responsible for such as winterizing hose bibs and ensuring the heating is never turned off in colder months.
