The room is in a shared house with 3 other girls, and has a Jack and Jill bathroom connected to another room. 2 cats are already present at this house so no pets please. Very calm environment, roommates are respectful and stay to themselves. Roommate of the shared bathroom is very cleanly so would prefer somebody who is also mindful of keeping that area clean.
White cabinet/dresser thing to the left wall is attached and cannot be removed.
House is located in a great neighborhood in the middle of both KSU campuses so a 15 minute drive to both, perfect area for students. Also down the street from Whole Foods, costco, Town Center, etc. Plus a beautiful lake view behind the house with a porch to study on.
Big closet, sink is in the room so you get your own vanity space. Walk-in closet. In house Laundry. Driveway for parking.
