Hello, my name is Abi! I am looking for two roommates. You can apply solo or if you have a friend you can apply as a duo! I have two separate rooms for $900.00 each per month. Utilities are included in the rent. There is a deposit of $400.00 per roommate as well. There is a shared hallway bathroom and a half bath downstairs available for use. My home is about 1,400 square feet. This is a private home, not an apartment or a townhome. It is entirely move-in ready besides your rooms which you can furnish however you'd like! My home is also located in a safe and friendly neighborhood I am eight minutes away from KSU. I am also just about five minutes away from 75 and eight minutes from 575 as well. As a young woman I will only be accepting young female applicants. Unfortunately there will be no additional pets or children allowed. I do want to let you know I have two cats of my own so if you are allergic to cats you may want to look towards other post. So with that said I will say one of my cats is very friendly and likes to hang out while the other is more shy.
