10x10 bedroom for 600 a month in Austell

Bedroom for rent (includes decent sized closet)

PLEASE READ LISTING FULLY BEFORE INQUIRING. Looking to rent out a room in a 4-bedroom house by July 2025. The base rent is approximately 600 (changes when utilities fluctuate) and includes all utilities aside from wifi. Looking for chill, clean, COVID conscious, lgbtqia+ friendly people to join the ranks (it’s very important to me that all roommates be LGBT friendly). Preferred someone planning to stay at least 6 months to a year, no short term roomies (sorry short time hopefuls). There are also 2 two cats living here as well with one more available pet slot (ESA not included in that total, we have a preference for cats though). The room does share a bathroom but the room itself will be yours alone. Room will be unfurnished but the rest of the house and common areas are furnished and available for anyone to use (You will also be given your own personal pantry and cabinet space in the kitchen). The house is also quite large with ample storage space around and in the basement if more space is required (within reason).

We are not subleasing and will be looking to add any newcomers to our lease. Any potential roommates will be screened by myself and I would like to meet up in person at least once in a neutral location before I make any decisions. Sorry, I will be picky. Preference will be given to LGBT+ individuals.

*please note that this house has stairs. You will have to use them no matter what.
