This house is close to everything: grocery store, convenience stores, shopping, restaurants, plus easy access to I and I. This cozy home provides the basic necessities. The kitchen is equipped with a fullsize refrigerator with freezer, gas cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher and large sink. It’s the perfect spot for you to cook at home and save money. There are a table and chairs in the eating area. There are a few stairs to get into the house, then 2 stairs to BRs , and down to the lower level to BRs . BRs tend to be cooler since they are on the lower level. The laundry room is on the lower level. BR1 has a private bath; all other bedrooms have a shared bathroom. Bed linens, pillows, towels and kitchen items are not provided; you need to bring your own. We are looking for quiet, respectful members with no drama to make this a friendly and comfortable place to live.
