Perfect For Single Mothers With One Kiddo

My name is Jordan! I currently share my home with my cat, Furgie & our bunny, Punny and my one month old son, Tre. I am currently taking time off to spend quality time with my new baby but end of June or July I plan on returning to work part-time & get back into school.
I currently own a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom 1990s Ranch styled home on the border of Johns Creek & Alpharetta. The house has a nice size backyard that is fenced in with an inground pool. (3ft on the sides & 6ft in the middle) All of the bedrooms in our home are spaced out in different areas of the house with the living room, kitchen & dining room being in the center of the home. I am looking to rent out 3 room in the house.
1st room: Master bedroom with master suite & walk in closet. The master suit has 2 sinks with a shower & tub.
2nd room: Technically this will be a total of two rooms. **This space would be great for a single mother with one child!** These rooms are in a private hallway along with a full bath. The bathroom has a dual shower/tub. There is a total of three closets; one in each room & a closet in the hallway.
The living room, dining room, kitchen is available to use of course! All I ask is that you keep the area clean after use. I also have a laundry room that is available to use. To keep things orderly I would like for each of us to have designated days to do our laundry.
Just so you’re aware rent will include all utilities: Water, Electric , Gas, WiFi & cleaners once a month if you would like. (Rent price doesn’t change if you opt out)
