A $9 security deposit is required prior to movein. This deposit helps ensure that shared spaces and amenities—such as cookware, appliances, and entertainmentwifi—are treated with care so everyone can enjoy the home comfortably. At the end of your stay, the deposit will be returned in full or in part based on the condition of the room and shared items. Any damages, excessive wear, or missing items may result in deductions.
