Home has 10 ft ceilings in bedrooms, 15 ft vaulted ceiling in living room. Shared kitchen, dining, living room. Community has security guard at gate, beautiful pool, tennis courts, playground, gym, clubhouse for hosting events, walking trail. Ideal roommate is a professional male or female in 30s-40’s, no couples please. First months rent required to move in, no security deposit or last month rent required. HOA requires credit score 662.
