Huge Unfurnished Master Suite w/ Private Bath

I am a Super clean and friendly Single working mom and daughter in middle school. We do have a small, house trained chihuahua pup. Just looking for someone to stay til June. Who knows, maybe we’d be able to keep this place for another year. You’d have to get approved to be added to the lease. Have a huge master suite coming available for 1250/month. It’s really big with a walk in closet and full bathroom. Rent includes cable and internet, water, and community fee. Electric is billed separately. We have an alarm in which you’d have access to(I pay that monthly) I am serious about my responsibilities and I hope You are too. This is a quiet, family oriented quiet community, I love it. My roommate is younger and can’t afford to stay here now that she has lost her job, so I’m going to release her from the lease as suggested by the office. Seminole county thus far is amazing and I’ll do anything to stay here in this community.
