Looking for a solid place to live? I'm renting out a master bedroom in my house, and it could be yours! You'll have your own master bedroom, your own fridge, office area, and plenty of personal spacebut we'll be sharing the kitchen, backyardlanai, and laundry. There's already one other guy living on the other side of the house (me), so ideally, I'm looking for another younger guy with a fulltime job who's hardworking, responsible, and comfortable with a shared living situation.

Of course, anyone is welcome to apply! But just to be upfrontif you're a single woman, I understand that living with random guys might not be ideal, and I want to make sure everyone feels comfortable. This is a laidback, respectful household, and I'm just looking for the right fit.
