Condo to share. $1000 mo.

I am seeking a condo mate to share a roomy 1300 sq ft condo I rented in September. It is open floor plan with a 3 Bdrm & screened in Lanai. The landlord will do a background check unless it is a short 3 month term.

The condominium is a converted Carlton Arms which means fourplexes and eight plexes grouped around big green areas with trees, shrubs, flowering plants and a small park across the street. I am in a 4 plex, 2nd floor. It's a lovely quiet 55 and up community. Heated pool, pickleball courts, clubhouse, friendly community.

The rent covers everything, but power which runs under about $100 a month and so, $50 a month when shared.

I work and have an office downtown. I am there three to 4 days a week. I work as a facilitator, consultant and trainer for teams and individuals.

I enjoy a low key home life. I enjoy cooking and am a vegetarian. I have a very chill orange cat named Bob.

A few more details... We have all kinds of amenities here in this area including beaches and a wildlife preserve with trails 10 minutes away in either direction and 4 grocery stores 5 minutes away in any direction.
