I am renting a room in my 2 bed/2 bath mobile home in an active community. Enjoy all the amenities the community has to offer; such as, pool, clubhouse etc.). You will have your own bedroom & bathroom and full use of the home. I am looking for a person who is quiet, respectful, and clean as I have those characteristics as well. I clean after myself & I expect the same from you. There is a washer & dryer on site as well as coin-operated machines @ the clubhouse. The only utilities you are responsible to pay monthly is half of the electric bill. The MHP requires a background check. Female preferred; however, will consider a male.
