Basic Single Room for Rent

I seek a roommate willing to contribute to the maintenance of the house with such things as minor house cleaning (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash to the curb, etc.). I am now disabled and cannot do that kind of thing anymore. It is a two-bedroom, 1 bath home and you will have your own private bedroom and share the common areas. I also have a washer and dryer which are free for you to use. All I really ask is mutual respect of property and privacy. Do not eat my food, treat my property with respect and do not damage it and do not use my tools without permission.
I am a 61 year old guy and in poor health but I am not giving up. Please, no drugs (420 OK), no heavy drinking and no smoking inside the house (I recently quit). I currently have a truck in the driveway but that will be leaving soon since I can no longer drive.
Utilities are included but if you want TV then you'll have to bring it in yourself. Wi-Fi Internet is included.
The room offered is furnished with a twin bed, a dresser and a bookcase. You provide all linens along with your own bath towels and washcloths and whatnot. You will also be expected to contribute to mutual household expenses such as dish soap and toilet paper and paper towels and things like that.
