Have a 2 bed apartment, looking to rent out extra room. It has its own bathroom, closet, shared living room that is furnished, and shared kitchen.
Plenty of parking and dog friendly community with private beach, pool and boat slips.

Has to be okay with large dog.
Must be maintain clean common areas.
Just be a nice person.

We are a young couple, both work full time and one is in school full time as well. We have a boat too.

Rent is split evenly and water/trash is included.
WiFi and electric are also split evenly.
Rent is about $950 per month and electric and WiFi is about $80ish per person.
Total rent is around $1000-1100.
