Hoping to move states with my partner in a couple months, we each have a room to rent out, 1 upstairs with a shared bathroom with one tidy roommate and 1 downstairs with a private bathroom. Ideally looking for professionals who will be responsible and get along with and respect our 3 other roommates who are living here. Upstairs room available immediately and downstairs room open in 1-2 months. One of our roommates signed the lease so you would have no legal work to do to live here. Just send him your rent each month and you're good. Lease ongoing until September 2025. Would like to meet with potential renters to see if they're a good fit. Pool + gym in complex, 30 minute drive from Disney. Bed not as pictured, 1 large bed instead of 2 twins as of now. Nightstands and TV in room. No pets allowed in complex.
