The rent is $700. $145-$195 per month for water, electricity, lawn care, community park access, monthly housekeeping, and wifi. If you would like monthly housekeeping of your room, the price of that is $40 per month extra, however, that is optional.

There is a washer and dryer and a large screened-in porch in the back with a large yard for your enjoyment. The neighborhood is quiet and everyone is friendly.

The location is very convenient, everything that you could ever need (gas stations, fast food, dessert spots, dog salons and shops, grocery stores, mechanics, gym, banks, coffee shops, restaurants, parks, shopping plazas, pet stores, and more) is a few minutes away. The major highways like 408, 417, and 528 are also a quick drive away as well. UCF and Valencia College East are also close by and are an easy commute as well. Colonial Drive(50) is a few minutes commute as well. Cocoa beach is about 45 minutes away and there are multiple national parks and springs within an hour away. If you have a pet there is a one-time pet fee of $120 per pet. The deposit is $350.

Neighborhood park offers sitting areas, playgrounds, grills, tennis courts, basketball courts, lake view, trails, and more. There are multiple community pools surrounding it as well.
