One room and one private bathroom available in my 3 BR home. The other room is used occasionally when my grown kids visits for work which is maybe a week out of every other month.

I still work and am quiet (on the other side of the house). My son lives in the area and he stops by once in a while but mostly I am out and don't have tons of guests.

Looking for someone who is also quiet who works, isn't a huge cook.

The house is located in the heart of Dr Phillips. you can walk to the market place and vizcaya marketplace.
5 minutes from 1-4, 8-12 minutes from Universal and Disney. Basically it's very convenient to everything but nestled so it's quiet.

All utilities are included unless you want to add extras.
