Dr Phillips! Garage Space!! 28F (left) I'm clean and organized and spend most of my time working. My roommate (26F) is just as respectful of common spaces and also works at the parks. EPIC is less than 3 miles, 7 minutes away. Her cat is so cute and spends most of the time in her room. I love being near all the shopping and parks, Universal is Right There! The sunroom is the best for bird watching and morning coffee with the pond view. HUGE living room and kitchen. The fourth room is a nice office/workout space to share too. The room can be furnished or unfurnished if you have your own stuff, my old roommate left hers behind, but everything is completely move in ready. Fresh paint and freshly cleaned carpets throughout - nothing but the best for ourselves and future friend. Ask for common space pictures! We're very laid back and easy to get along with.
