Room To Rent Near Downtown!

Hello! My name is Peter and my partner is Alfredo and we are looking to rent out one of my bedrooms in my 4 bed 2 bath house near downtown Orlando. A little about us I am 30 and he is 34 I am a regional manager for a spa and he is a Spanish teacher. We both enjoy making friends with our tenant and we are very laid back and easy going. The room is furnished with a tv, dresser, bed frame, mattress, entertainment stand, computer chair, and desk. You would be able to take out whatever you want. You also have access to all the common areas and the fourth bedroom which is an office. I do have a Siberian husky and a Russian blue cat. They are both super chill and friendly. We are looking for a very down to earth and easy going person. I am asking for $900 for rent which includes utilities. Must be LGBT friendly and pet friendly.
