I'm looking for someone to take over my lease. Lease is up on Nov 1st. 2025. Move in date is A. S. A. P! It's a shared bathroom but will have own sink. A cat does live in the house. My other roommates ask for no couples. And no other pets. It's a beautiful 3/ 2.5 town house. Right by the airport. Will have a deposit. Must do a background check. Fee for that is $50. Utilities and electricity are separate. Utilities normally cost about $25. Per person. And electricity can be anywhere between $100/$150 per person.
