It provides a peaceful respite after a busy day/night at work or studying. The private room offered here is our guest room we call Greece and is located on the ground level, close to the main entrance to the property and the private bathroom which is for the exclusive use of the renter occupying this guest room. Our neighborhood has a private dock for residents to use for water sports on Johns Lake and is perfect for those water sports enthusiasts!
Our home is ideally located close to the Florida Turnpike entrance on Hwy 50 which makes traveling all over Central Florida a breeze with access to the many highways taking you all over Central Florida and beyond. Oakland is set between Clermont to the west and Winter Garden/Ocoee to the east with a multitude of shopping complexes, eateries, grocery stores, medical facilities etc all within an easy drive. The popular West Orange Trail is minutes away as is the quaint, historic old town Winter Garden Village with its weekly Farmers’ market, holiday festivals and parades, offering fun for all age groups! MCO airport is approx. 30 minutes drive away and our home is close to many of the amenities and attractions that the Orlando area has to offer. You will have no shortage of things to do when making our home your base while staying in Central Florida.
