Spacious Room Available 6/1

I'm looking for a roommate to occupy a spacious bedroom in a 3 bed/2 bath house in the Lake Underhill area starting June 1st. Room has a spacious closet, high ceilings, and ceiling fan. House has central air and double pane windows. The roof is new, as well as the indoor and outdoor air conditioning units. Bathroom is in the hallway and would be shared with one other roommate.

No smoking inside the house. All roommates (including myself) are expected to be courteous about the common areas, and maintain a certain level of cleanliness (washing your own dishes and generally keeping common areas clean).

The property also has a spacious backyard with a brick patio, outdoor lighting with plenty of room for cookouts and/or get-togethers.

Appliances: Refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer and dryer.

Application fee is $35 (non-refundable) used for a background/credit check. Rental insurance is preferred, but not required. First month's rent, plus a refundable security deposit equal to one month's rent needed before move in ($1635 total move in cost).

Utilities are included, and internet comes out to be $25 dollars a month.
