Private Room and Bath for Rent

Looking for a roommate for my landlord, house is fully furnished with all that is in the pictures some being from the landlord others are what I have added. Includes bathroom connected with the room, and access to the common area. The house is a bathroom, the upstairs is currently not being rented out, and I am the only current renter that occupies the house. The price is included with all utilities, washer/dryer, access to the community pool, and WIFI. I myself have also added a few things to the house such as a TV in the living room, a grill, printer, tons of cooking utensils for the house, and like to decorate the house with the season. My schedule as a firefighter is on a schedule meaning I work for hours and am off for hours. We are looking for someone who is a professional and is clean, and able to maintain the cleanliness of the house. No pets.
