The location couldn't be better - the unit is located less than 15 minutes away from the University of Central Florida and is situated between Aloma Ave and Howell Branch Road. There's also a trail nearby for those who enjoy outdoor activities.
Inside the unit, you'll find a modern kitchen with up-to-date appliances, including a washer and dryer for your convenience. Please note that I own a French Bulldog, so you must be pet-friendly, although no other pets are allowed.
I am looking to rent mainly to students and am open to renting on a semester basis. You'll be sharing the space with me, a 26-year-old psychology major who is one year away from graduation. I am very clean and organized and don't stay up late. I enjoy playing sports like soccer and Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
