The landlord, a 37 year old female and a 53 year old male ,a 73 year old female and a 35 year old male

This is a very unique house less than 10 years old over 2,500 sqft.
There are six bedrooms
2 full size kitchens
2 living rooms
(A third kitchen being built)
An outdoor cooking area

The room that are rented will be sharing a kitchen, bathroom and the front living room, will have a shared refrigerator and 1 bathroom shared between 3 rooms
