In Southwest Coconut Grove, I am seeking a new roommate, as my current wonderful roommate got a job offer and must move. You would rent 1 bedroom in a 2 bedroom spacious house with a HUGE gorgeous tropical yard. In addition to your spacious private bedroom, you have access to the common spaces (with an office space) and huge yard. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable memory foam bed and nice desk/chair. It can be furnished or unfurnished. I am planting a nice garden in the back.. $1650 + utilities.

I am in preference for someone who has a full time out of the house job, as I work from home frequently, so that works best, but I will consider different options, if you tell me about yourself... :).
