Apartment: We have a room available in a modern, updated apartment right in the heart of downtown Miami. It’s in a prime spot, just a short walk to Edgewater, Wynwood, Brickell, Midtown, and the Design District. If you like being near the action or just want to enjoy some fresh air, Miami Beach is right across the Venetian Causeway – great for a bike ride, jog, or a walk with your dog or friends. The apartment has tile floors, central AC, stainless steel appliances, and an in-unit washer/dryer. You’ll have your own private bathroom, and while the last roommate left it furnished and decorated, you’re totally free to make the space your own.
Current Roommate: You’d be living with a responsible guy who works in upscale hospitality. He’s into wellness and fitness, keeps the place clean, and appreciates a chill, relaxed vibe. Looking For: Ideally, you’re someone who has a full-time job (not working remotely) and prefers a peaceful, tidy living situation. Basically, someone who’s respectful and enjoys a clean, centrally located apartment.
Location: The apartment is super convenient for getting around. You’ve got the Brightline Train, Metro Mover, Venetian Causeway, and Miami-Dade County Trolley all close by, plus easy access to all the cool spots like Wynwood and Brickell. Rent & Utilities: Rent is $1,600 a month with first and last month’s rent due upfront ($3,200 total). Utilities, WiFi, and cleaning service are included. Note: No pets allowed. Looking for someone interested in a long-term stay.
