$1000/mo. Large private bedroom available in my home (I live there) furnished with comfy, queen bed, large closet, shared bathroom with 2 other people. Shared kitchen, living room and yard. I prefer a student or professional. I have had many medical students. Code on front door to enter home. There is a separate lock on your bedroom door and I give you the key. I’m looking for 6 months to 1 year stay. All utilities included, parking included for one car. Strong WiFi, Central AC, water, electricity, washer and dryer. 1st, and security. $1000 per month. Very quiet house lights out at 10 or 11pm usually. I have an 18 year old terrier mix and a miniature dobbie. No smoking, No candles, no glad plug ins (toxic). I clean with healthy non-toxic cleaners. Essential oils only please. I have a kangen water machine that is wonderful water. I give you clean, fresh, drinking water every day. No need to buy water. House location: 107 and Biscayne boulevard.
