(7 min bike ride to Hadely park.) Building is on a well taken care of property and is not in a flood zone. Your room can be furnished with a desk and full size bed or not.
Measurements of room are: 13 ft x 9.5 ft, not including decent size closet.
The property opened in February 2023 (newly refurbished) The landlord responds quickly to tenants requests or problems.
I have internet for myself we can discuss a joint plan, You pay $50 per month for monthly bills.
I have 2 friendly gray Tabby cats that basically take care of each other. So if you like animals its a big plus.

I am studying Spanish and learning some Creole. I use to be a painter and still enjoy making home made cards for friends and loved ones. Moved here in February 2023 to this apartment - which I love and do not want to move.
