Hi there!
I am relocating for work so looking to rent out my bedroom, which also has its own bathroom off the hall right next to it. This is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, located in the Loft 2 building that I bought 2 years ago that I have lived in with my best friend for the last 2 years. We are both female and she prefers and female roommate but is flexible if the vibe is right. Rent is 1750$ which includes cable and internet. FPL will be split with the roommate every month and if needed parking is 60$/month.

I am taking my furniture with me so the bedroom will be unfurnished. If you have living room furniture we can negotiate bringing that as well since I might bring some of that with me.
