Nice room for rent

My name is Estavan, I have a nice room for rent in Allapattah Miami fl. Im asking for no couples if so rent will be higher but No families respectfully! I don’t mind a male or female roommate my last roommate was female just she wasn’t paying rent on time so she moved back to Ohio. I can accept one dog but it will be an extra one hundred a month! The room is pretty big photos make place look small its furnished there a king side bed with a brand new bed cover over the mattress big desk tv/gaming desk and chair and whatever in the room. Shared bathroom and kitchen. You will have your own parking spot. I’m pretty chill all I ask is for communication pls. I’m looking for someone trustworthy and responsible with there money and can pay rent ON TIME! If your know your struggling with money like that this not the place for you respectfully. I have two husky’s one boy and girl if you don’t like dogs or tree like that probably not the best place for you bc I smoke all the time inside . It will be one k a mouth plus half electric bill FREE WiFi and there’s parking and central AC.
