D. & liability insurance of any auto parked on property. If using street parking, then insurance is not necessary. There is street parking outside of driveway. AIRBNB only provides liability coverage for any guest listed on the reservation so If you are going to have any visitors during your stay, they will need to be on the reservation. If you plan on having anyone visit for a night or two, please make the reservation for that many guest. Each room will accommodate 2 people. If you want to have a guest that is not on the reservation, they can visit if they sign the hold harmless prior to arrival and provide their I.
