The room is in a country home. It's not a fancy place, but it's very friendly and quiet. Plenty of "Off street Parking" Good-sized room directly across from bathroom that would be shared with one other person. Full use of Kitchen, Living room, front deck & yard. Chickens out back provide you with free fresh eggs for breakfast. Smoking is NOT permitted inside, however, on the front deck is ok. I do not put up with any drug or alcohol abuse, so if this is you, let's not waste each other's time! One month security deposit is refundable providing you do not damage property or become delinquent. All Male household, gay & straight. We all get along very well with no problems. Rent includes all utilities, use of washer & dryer. Appointments are available to see the room beginning Friday, January 10th.
