Hello, I am the current tenant in this 700 sq 1 bed 1 bath! It is located on Davis Island a safe walkable community super central to Downtown Tampa!! I am willing to leave my furniture in the unit as well as cover utilities such as water and internet. I am taking a summer job from may to august and am looking for someone to rent out the unit in the meantime. I am super flexable and will respond to any questions! There is a urban grocery market and 7/11 gas station a block away, as well as many different restaurants and bars on the main block 2 block from my unit! Tampa General Hospital is 0.8 miles away which would be perfect for a nurse or health care worker!! The kitchen cabinets are still getting refinished and are a work in progress atm.
