The house sits on a mostly secluded 2½ acres of quiet, wooded, green grass yard.

We have a fully stocked catfish pond in back...

Plus we have a pool that's only 4 feet all the way down, so you can walk or swim. It's fairly large, about 15,000 gallons

There's a locked gate and fencing around our entire property —it's somewhat soothing.

Your space would include 2 rooms: walk-in closet in a smaller room and plenty of space to lounge and relax in here as well. Then the main bedroom with a built -in desk would be yours as well

It's a 2- room suite upstairs and is available immediately, and we'll save it for you if you want after $100 move in fee is paid, so we can do basic credit and other mandatory obligations. No kids, couples, or pets. We already own dogs and 2 turtles.

~~Both rooms are fully furnished. We currently take turns buying household essentials like TP, laundry soap, dish soap, and paper towels, so everyone is covered for the basics.

$800 monthly includes all utilities and household items: Wi-Fi, trash, water, and electricity…plus there's a wireless printer and a pool for household use.

We often take turns in the kitchen when necessary, but everyone has full access to kitchen and dining room 24/7. We also have a heavy-duty outdoor grill plus a picnic table in the yard, a fire pit, and an entire pool deck filled with comfy furniture.

2-room suite is upstairs in our 2 story house. All rooms have ceiling fans and windows.
** UTILITIES INCLUDED + HOUSEHOLD ESSENTIALS**

Private pool, catfish pond, woods, and grass. There is a circular path around the outside of the Premises if walk through our woods. There's a pecan tree, a satsuma tree, grapefruit tree, and lime tree. We grow fresh mint and basil, green onions, cilantro, and chard.

House is located at 519 N 65th Avenue, Pensacola, FL 32506— PLENTY OF PARKING AREA

You could move in as early as tomorrow, if needed. We're laid back, no kids, and are sharing our gorgeous space with others. Bedroom is only for 1 person/twin bed, no children, and no pets.
