Only 15 minutes to downtown, less than 10 minutes to the St Johns Town Center and about 20 minutes to Jax beach. In unit brand new smart washer and dryer. Dishwasher in kitchen. Cat is okay. Dog may not be ok. Looking for someone with good credit and 3x income of rent.
