Room for rent

Due to an unexpected situation on behalf of tenant, I once again have a room for rent in Baymeadows. Rent is per month, $ security deposit (refundable within days of move out pending charges) background $.

I utilize TurboTenant for leasing agreement and backgroundpayment collection as well.

Must be gainfully employed, own transportation. Young professionals with equal mindset are welcomed to apply, would like to have someone in on or before the first (if before the first will be prorated rent) room is ready for move in.

I do live here and it's myself and my registered SA dog Daisy (who remains on myside and will not interfere with you whatsoever unless invited to) so must be okay with a dog.

Common share space suck as kitchen is fully loaded, you can use plates, cups, silverware, cookware etc just clean and replace as you use. You'll have access to fridge, freezer, and dry storage for yourself however fridge and freezer will be split (left me right you).
