Hello! Hopefully you like to read, below is a brief summary of expectations! I wanna say- it seems like we’re tough as hell, but we have a kick ass, welcoming, warm, open, 420 friendly living situation that is helping us all save money and thrive!! So we welcome you to our crib!
We need a tenant to fill our friends place who’s leaving for bigger and better things, bittersweet. So if you read & think you’re the perfect candidate, please don’t hesitate to contact me!!
Lease agreement date: May 31st 2023 until may 30th 2024 You must be understand communication. Clear communication is key to maintaining a tranquil, dependable & enjoyable environment for the house.
Must have prior room mate(s) experience, NO drama allowed! You must be employed more than 3 months at your current position. You must have a car. No drugs, unless medicinal or prescribed. If you have kids, we can discuss accommodations as a household.
You understand electric, water & internet usage is divided equally when bills are due. This is separate from rent. (Dates may vary)

Animals are limited: no cats, dogs must be dog/cat friendly, potty trained, registered as ESA, & have an accessible crate. Expectations: clean up bm’s & maintain potty areas. Respect the common areas by cleaning up toy(s) or having a designated area for toy(s)/treats. Label your pets belongings & store food containers in proper areas.
